After a certain amount of time, if not picked up, the item will be sent back and refunded but I would call them just to make arrangements to expedite the process

Anyone can return an item for anyone as long as you have printed the return label from your account

You have to return the package yourself or have someone bring it for you who has access to your amazon login and they can completr the return.
