Amazon will send you an email and/or text message to let you know your order is ready for pick up. The message will have a link that you click on, which will give a scannable screen on your smartphone that you use to open a locker door to access your package.
The Amazon app will notify you when the item you ordered is ready for pickup. After it is delivered, it might take an hour or so before it is ready for pickup
Best to check on the app first. You can try and call them, but they'll probably just look up your order number in the system
You will get a notification via your Amazon app or email when your item is available for pick up...I wouldn't go unless you received the notification.
