Horrible. I placed an order at 12:40 and we never received the order, when I called at almost 2pm they said it would take another 30 to 40 min to deliver. I asked for the reason and they said they are are out of staff. I understand that we all have staff shortage but 3 hours for a pizza. They should of said that at the beginning so I could just not order there. So now no pizza and no money!!!!! Horrible.

They do an awesome job. I love their pasta bowls. Also their sandwiches are pretty darn good too. Would highly recommend trying the chicken, bacon, ranch or the crate your own possible

I ordered three large pizzas one was a Hawaiian and when it was hot it was okay I mean it's Domino's but I was shocked since it's been years since I've been here after highest of what they charge for a large cheese and a large pepperoni and a large Hawaiian I could have gone to one of the other real pizza parlors and paid a little bit more and it probably would have tasted much better

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I created an online order even before the store opened and had scheduled my order to be picked up on my way to work. This was for my convenience. I picked up my order on time and went to work. As soon as I arrived at my office, I received a call from this location telling me that they had made a mistake and given me a wrong order. I told them I wouldn't be able to return and would like a refund since I did not get my order. The manager Melissa refused to refund me and advised that I would have to return to get my correct order or a refund. I asked if they can deliver my order and swap out the wrong items, she advised I would have to pay for delivery. She even had the audacity to blame me for not checking that I had received the food I ordered before I left. So not only did the manager tell me that they made a mistake, they refused to make up their mistake, and then chastised me for allowing them to make their mistake. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I could care less about a mistake made although the fact that they blamed their mistake on me as the customer is extremely unacceptable.

When you drive up you can see them making the pizza in the window. They wear masks. No one is allowed in and they bring the pizza to your car.
