It was a nice small kitschy hotel. The accommodations were clean and just what we needed. The hotel was clean and looked remodeled. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was better than expected, good variety and plenty of food. Overall I would definitely be back.

We stayed here for our trip to Lassen and Shasta. Rooms were very clean with all the amenities and good size. The hotel also provided breakfast and it was great to start off the day well. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Overall great stay!

Very short notice and the staff went way beyond normal to accommodate us. We checked in early and as a recent heart surgery patient, they provided a room on the first floor for me with shaded parking. We forgot food in the fridge and they called to see if we still wanted it. Great staff! We couldn't have been happier with the service.

The room was simply furnished but very clean and a comfortable size. The bed was comfortable and linens were in good condition. Everything worked: TV, AC, lights, fridge, water, WiFi. The small refrigerator had a larger freezer section than usual, which was very helpful. The staff at the desk was attentive and friendly; check-in was quick and organized. The only downgrade in stars was the breakfast, which was a little too bare bones to rate a full five stars. It did have a selection of packaged items, juices, boiled eggs, yoghurt, cereal & milk, and coffee. The only hot selection besides add-water oatmeal packets was a curious pancake machine. Still, for a simple overnight stay, this hotel was a decent choice that I can recommend.
