Previous worker, these people did not appreciate let alone support me. They would get upset at me for things that were not my fault. They were not kind or respectful. Mandy and all other management could not be burdened/bothered with any concerns or issues. If you want to work here I suggest you don’t. They will treat you like garbage and they won’t appreciate you. And if you want to send a loved one here the majority is ok I guess but there’s a specific room they do not make sure is taken care of or checked on throughout the night. And when it comes to not making it to the bathroom issues it is not handled appropriately. Especially with the person who has to take care of it. No notifying the family or anything it just gets worse from there. I would not work here or send a loved one.

I had a tour scheduled with Grace Assisted Living in Meridian to discuss placement for my mom. I had to schedule time off work and drive out in busy late afternoon traffic. When I arrived, I was told no one knew of my appointment, which I had made over the phone 2 days prior. I was then told to go to the memory care office where I waited for 10 minutes. No one was in the office, and no one ever showed up even after ringing the bell numerous times. A number was posted to the office door, stating to call that number if no one came to the door. I am not kidding when someone answered the phone who sounded like they had dementia. I honestly think one of their residents was answering their office phone in the other building. Seriously, what is going on over there? Thank you for wasting my time, and for helping me make the decision to never place my mom in this mess of a place! I really have to question their good reviews...

Memory care staff for bed ridden residents/clients could use additional training. Hygiene is important, especially when the lack of appropriate hygiene care results in unnecessary infections and increased medical issues.

The care has been excellent for our mom and dad. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and loving in a way that is Christ centered. We are blessed!

Hello June, We currently do not have Medicaid apartments available. The waitlist does vary based on facility location. Is there a certain location you are inquiring about? Grace Management Team
I am a family member with one on Medicaid. No sure how it works coming in because we transitioned already there. They have Medicaid rooms with a waiting list. Not sure if one is open.
Hello, Our community fee is $900. This amount reserves an apartment of your choice and is 100% refundable if the resident decides not to move in.
