Emailed them twice and it has already been a month with no response. I wish they gave me a chance. I was recommended this place because it's cheap and I don't have insurance.

So few times I called they would call back and want to make an appointment for paying out of pocket. But as soon as insurance comes up - they say they will send you to another person who will call you back but both times I called - no one calls back in regards for seeing someone through insurance. Not sure if they just don’t want to deal with insurance patients but that’s what it seems like. If you pay out of pocket - they text or call back real quick.

Yes we do. Each therapist has their own schedule. So some do work on the weekends and some don’t.
