Not only is everyone here always in a bad mood, but I’ve getting harassed by Primary Health and Bonneville Collections since May of last year… Two separate doctor visits (both filed under Workman’s Comp) have led to countless emails, phone calls, letters, and annoyance’s. Even though both payments have been payed off and “dealt with” a dozen times over , I’m still hearing about it from both companies. If I find out my credit is being affected by this. I will be livid. Never go to Primary Health.

Unfortunately, I am having to leave a negative review for this facility and am now in search of a new family physician. I have enjoyed working with Dr. Phaill for the last few years until recently. I was charged for my yearly checkup which is normally fully covered under our insurance. I received 1 bill and when I called to inquire about the charges I found out my account had been sent to collections! The billing manager, Amber was rude and very nonchalant about my concern. After her "review" of the situation she called back and continued to claim my visit was not preventative. She explained that it was because I requested a prescription refill. A prescription I will be taking for life no less. Previous visits and interactions with specific staff at this location also contributed to my overall decision not to come back.

I always visit this site, but today the receptionist is very impatient and unprofessional. She make me hear her frustration that I keep doing a follow up on my prescription. She should start learning how to be sympathetic to people that are sick.

My medical assistant was fantastic, gave painless injection and blood draw. Very professional. Dr. Vania has a superb bedside manner and really knows how to listen to her patients.
