I will never recommend or use this pharmacy after today. I’ve been in the medical field for 15 years, and I’ve never been so disrespected. It’s difficult enough finding a doctor in town, yet having to struggle with rude pharmacy staff and a pharmacist is not something anyone that is sick should have to deal with. I hope whoever manages this place will take in to consideration that people are treated unjustly.

Because of the opioid in fentanyl epidemic or whatever they're calling it, this pharmacy on lake boulevard made it impossible, literally impossible for me to get prescriptions filled that I have been taking for the past 12 years. Now only one of these was a controlled substance, and the rest of them for bariatric issues. The pharmacist at the pharmacy was incredibly unhelpful and then downright rude. And once she was finished in her mind explaining to me all the hoops she was going to have me jump through to fill prescriptions, just so I could have a pharmacy closer to my home, it was an impossible task. I do not recommend this pharmacy I just don't I mean if you're already established they're great, However if you're a new patient that is looking to transfer your prescriptions to them because you need a pharmacy closer to your home or whatever, choose another pharmacy please. These employees and the people here are not there to make your life any easier trust me they're not The young lady I spoke to very rudely told me that she was 4 minutes to her 5:00 and that she was on her Friday and that she was not going to go all through this with me because it would take too long. Since so since they don't have time to explain to me what they need me to do and then they give me an unprecedented set of tasks that I need to complete in order to get my stomach medications, I have had enough. I will be continuing with the CVS / Owens pharmacy on Court Street. I can count on those people for anything!!!!!!?
