Seems like one of the Redding branches is always closed. They shortened the closing time to 5PM. I don't see how forcing customers to wait 45 minutes in line and only having 2 tellers available has anything to do with preventing the Covid-19. What a joke. Terrible customer service. I asked the manager why she doesn't hire more employees, and she told me that they did. If so where are they??? I have been a customer of this bank for over 35 years, but I am now very dissatisfied. Also it appears you have to speak spanish to work at this bank, isn't this the United States? We speak English here. 01/15/21: Thank you Wells Fargo for the sincere reply. It is a copy and paste of the previous reply to the person before me who also gave a one star. I do feel that a 1 star rating is being too generous, we need a 0 or even negative star rating system. I can't properly express my dissatisfaction by being forced to give at least one star.

Policies can be adjusted per branch and the “supervisor” on 8/11/2020 was unwilling to make any adjustments. By calling corporate it was verified that a California drivers license is a legal document even in a name change situation. They make it awfully difficult to cash a check for a class action lawsuit against them. This is why I stopped banking with Wells Fargo years ago! Chase gladly deposited the check with no issue.I'm very sorry to see this, and I'd like to learn more about your experience.
