As a travel professional, I am always looking for those hidden gem places to book my clients. I stayed at Our Guest Inn & Suites on a recent trip to the area and had a great experience. The room was well equipped and very clean. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and provided local food recommendations upon request at check in. Will book clients here and will stay again.

Cozy home away from home. The pool was perfect for kids and the access was easy. Staff was super nice! The location is great, close to most of all the attractions. I will definitely chose this place again!

The location was great but the room did not match what the photos showed at all. The room was filthy. Both sets of blinds were stained from top to bottom and had dust and spider webs layered all over them. The bathroom sink had burn marks all over it and the fridge leaked standing water into the kitchenette overnight. The only outlet in the kitchen was covered in clear duct tape in an attempt to tape it into the wall but when it was used to plug in the microwave (3 appliances but only 1 outlet) the outlet pulled completely out of the wall. The room was positioned so that a door only separated what I can only assume was the managers office because every phone call he made could be heard through the crack in the door with daylight showing as though he was sitting beside us. The bed was so wobbly that it moved about 6” in every direction. Many of the drop ceiling tiles were stained and pushed out of place, again with dust, dirt, and spider webs layered on. It was very obvious that the room had not been cleaned in a very long time. Many of these things weren’t noticed until the last day of our 2 night stay due to not being at the room until late both nights but when they were brought to the front desk at check out the employee rolled her eyes and did not want to see any more pictures. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and the pictures are very deceiving on the website.
