Me and my family stayed at this hotel and when we first arrived the guy charged my card for the wrong room! When I checked out everything was fine until about two days past and I saw my card gets charged for $250 and they said that it was because they smell cigarette smoke my family and I are non-smokers this is my third day reaching out to quality inn as I was calling today trying to explain myself and the guy hung up on me! At this point I’m not worried about the money I’m just worried that they have my card on file and worried that they’re going to continue to charge my card for things that I did not do.

checked in saturday night and they had bugs crawling on the floor. roaches to be exact. i ripped the bed sheet up and you guessed it, bed bugs! this place is absolutely DISGUSTING. outdated, ugly and cheap. you bet your sweet bees, i left immediately. took the drive home over an hour away, and guess what? no refund! they’re rude and don’t care about the people staying. absolutely atrocious. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.

Positive: The deck overlooking Lake Erie. Nice new chairs! The breakfast area was nice. Good coffee Negative: Lack of trash can near back door and lack of a dog waste station. People in hotel next door allowing their dog to do #2 and just left it there near back deck.

When we went into the room there were obvious bed bugs and their larvae on the bed and mattress pad. I immediately notified the front desk and the man and woman working there cam e to the room and verified this. I was taken to the hotel next door where they had a room, but my daughter's refused to stay for obvious reasons. I talked to the manager, Connie, today who refused to refund my money because "maintenence " did not find any bugs. Saw that coming. Connie refused to give me the phone number to contact her supervisors. She was extremely rude. I am going to report this to our local news station as well as the bed bug registry.
