This place is a joke. Attention Business Owner!! Wake up Doc. Your entire Google Business Rating is 2.7! Yup... It must be the IEHP Low Life's that can never be pleased. Truly. Literally, folks that is what I heard a older female staff member say while standing in line at a local Grocery store. Then in a great gift of coincidence the same female calls my Pluming Co. for service I recognized her right off. When I advised her I would not be servicing that address and the EXACT reason why. Including the fact that she can't afford me, she got rude, racial and very ugly. Now I know her name too Doc. and so do you. Y'all may not like what you do for a living or the POOR city for which YOU CHOSE to do business in but after all those were choices YOU MADE. There are many cities nearby that can offer you more non IEHP clients than Hemet. The city gov. has turned Hemet into a city for the poor. The wealthy DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE. You might think about moving your practice to Temecula or Murrieta. Good luck with it.

Honestly I have never been so upset! Literally called them about my son's prescription and was told them no longer contract with IEHP which is not why I'm upset. For them to tell me they have no information of my son because we are now no longer their patients. So after calling another place turns out they charge my son for frames and lenses on our last visit so my insurance would pay them. Now I'm on the phone filing against it because I have proof I paid out of pocket. This is crazy! I wish I could give these people a negative star. Funny because I never said I paid a penny from their place I went in telling them I just paid for some from lenscrafters but yet they wanna bill my insurance. Then they want to reply as if they have something to say and called my phone minutes after I got off the phone with my insurance saying come in and get glasses. When they have NEVER called me! Your a joke! How professional for your response because your talking about my son information which is against HIPPA violation I swear this place needs to get better before someone shuts them down for filing false charges and talking and posting things against HIPPA violation.

Excellent as always! Was seen by 3 different people for various tests, and all were friendly and professional. I like this Dr. My eyes have changed and I'll get my new glasses in a week or two.
