It was just most horrible experience at Hampton Inn. Rooms were dirty and noone cared to clean it. We stayed for two nights, they wouldn’t even come clean then. I called fromt desk twice but no action. Usually they will clean room for you if you stay for more than one day. Bathroom was dirty. Upon entering no toilet papers, we had to put them. There were drops of urine on the floor and we had to clean it. If it is not possible to clean room then don’t rent it. We would have happily gone to other hotel.

Nice hotel quiet and rooms were very clean and spacious. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. But we changed rooms due to the fact the T.V. Screen was very very dark. After moving to another room the same thing happened. So not very happy with that situation. Hopefully the maintenance staff can fix this issue.

Positive: The room was beautiful and very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Negative: The toilet was very low to the floor, causing me a to fall back onto the seat. Feel there needs to be a taller toilet . Aside from this the room was perfect.

We stay there often. Beds are very comfortable....neither hard or soft. Breakfast is hot and very large....buffet style. They provide plastic gloves to keep us covid safe.
