It was ok for the two nights we were in this area. Had a cleaning issue the day of our check-in. Spoke with the manager on duty the next morning who listened to my concern and realized I wasn't making anything up after showing him pictures of the condition I spoke about. Residence Inn used to be one of my go to places to stay but things are not the same. Hence our choosing other hotels more often. Hoping one day to be pleasantly surprised.

Everyone at the hotel including the neighboring Fairfield Inn went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome and find solutions to make it possible to have a family get together enjoyable when the pool was being fixed. I have rarely seen so many people at the hotels work together to ensure our happiness and experience.
