Terrible experience. Overpriced, constant sewer smell in the bathroom, stained tub, leaky fawcet, loose toilet seat, faded, useless TV controller. Nice staff, but completely ineffectual. And of course double charged for "incidentals".

I have had a nightmare experience with this hotel from start to finish. My booking for my wedding weekend was mishandled and neither the manager, Nita, nor Choice Hotels wants to take responsibility- just passing the buck back to the customer. Their customer service is trash and after hours on the phone I am back at square one. Now i'm stuck with charges for THEIR mistakes!! Dont waste your money- there's a brand new Hilton across the street.

The stay was great, clean and big rooms. But it was just average. The gal at the desk was nice. We stayed at the Holiday Inn across the street the next night. It impressed us more. For the price in this area, the hotel could do something extra; water in the room? Up the breakfast game? Morning newspaper?

We got behind in our travels on our way home from florida and had to unexpectedly stay the night here. They were very accommodating finding us a room so late at night. The rooms are very very clean. When comparing to the hotel we stayed in the night before, you could tell the cleaning staff is very thorough. The rooms are large with tall ceilings. They have fridge and microwave and coffee maker. Adjustable shower head. Great for sore necks after a day of driving. Lots of contractors vehicles in the parking lot. I knew this was a good sign. Companies wont put their employees in a bad hotel. And construction workers go to bed early and usually leave at daybreak. It was a very restful night. Complimentary breakfast was okay but the waffle maker was down. The pool looked really nice but we weren't able to stay and enjoy it. Keep up the great work!
