At this time I do not believe their fitting rooms are open yet.
It depends but usually 2-5 business days.
Wear a mask in store, they have sanitizer when you come in and going out, they have social distancing when you check out.

Good question Penny but don't recall the year. I've been shopping at Kohl's since day one and it's been awhile!
The best thing is to order it on line that store is a mess you can't find what you want or you can't find helpful staff to help you they might not have it at the store but if they do it would be easier on line
