Quick response to issues, like when I ran out of propane, or had a billing problem.

I have had a empty tank sitting on my property for over three years. Called again was told the same thing again. Than the lady hung on me. I wasn’t nice either but common sense say come and get your property. They are not a nice company never have been have had to deal with them for over thirty years off and on because of where I live. Terrible company.

Poor customer service. A driver called out, instead of calling the deliveries for this area they simply moved the delivery date. We did not know until we called multiple times. One time we were told the driver was in route and would be there soon. After waiting from hours longer we called only for customer service to try to convince us that we weren't originally on schedule for today. We were also told that we should have been charged a $50 next day fee because of the time we scheduled the delivery. We have time stamped emails of the time we placed the delivery and paid well within the cutoff. After talking a bit we found out a driver called out. Simple customer service training is needed here. Very poor handling of this situation. Consideration would be appreciated as we had our dogs kept inside waiting for this delivery, not to mention most people schedule time off of work for deliveries.

Questions & Answers

what is prepay

I use prepay, and it is where I purchased 500 gal (I get roughly 250 per delivery) and then my tank was filled for the start of cold season and the one I need right at the end (Feb or so). This let me purchase at the end of summer lower cost, so effectively not paying a premium in Feb for propane.
