Excellent Staff! From front desk to housekeeping! Great set up. Easy access for my scooter to get around. Even in the room. I plan to return here for a few days again in Oct or Nov. I highly recommend the Troy, OH location.

Had one minor issue but staff was extremely helpful. Will definitely stay again. Super clean. Rooms are big and bed was very comfy.

We LOVE love LOVE this hotel! It was super clean, neat, and tidy! Staff was fabulous---hot breakfast buffet was AMAZING! We have traveled quite a bit... been to many hotels... this one we rate 100% AWESOMENESS!

Great customer service. I am a travel nurse and stay at this hotel frequently. Everyone has been amazing! Ruby at the kitchen is exceptional She always take time to chat and check how my night was at work! Erica is great always makes me feel welcome. Rooms are always very clean and comfortable. Have never had any issues for as long as I have been staying here.
