UPDATE: Housekeeping staff was fabulous, polite, and accommodating! UPDATE: Breakfast was decent. UPDATE: The room shades do not cover the far right edge of the window. This leaves a direct beam of sunlight directly into your eyes. No extra pillows. Front guest staff did not know what amount of hold would be placed on my credit card. They were fine and FAST and accurate but not overly friendly. But hey, I'll take fast at the end of the day. The lobby was depressing and empty. The beds aren't that comfortable. The toilet paper sucks. The prices were meh. Our room with two queens was $215 for a same day booking. I guess that's just the price of things out here. Location is great though. So at the end of the day that's the most important piece.

The front desk check in was smooth and friendly. Breakfast options were adequate. Our room was large and comfortable, and the bathroom had a fan which is a plus these days. Tge TV was not easy to use, and date settings were not updated. The entrance area to our room looked like a warehouse entrance not a lobby. Also there was an uncomfortable smell in elevator and hallways, it all look in need of a good cleaning. Our A/C was not working and there was no technical support available over the weekend to fix the problem. Someone should be on-call to address these issues. We suffered through a very uncomfortable evening with no compensation or considerations.

Positive: Nice service, room and a great breakfast! Kitchen staff was very good at her job making sure ares were clean after use. Very good service. My husband and I will definitely stay here again if we visit that area. Negative: Pool was out of order!

The hotel was very nice & views of the mountains are very breathtaking to look at……….except the pool area is still closed & we’re not even sure when that’s going to open, considering we’re virtually into hard times with this pandemic, now that we’re close to 2 years. I think the hotel staff should’ve done better with us when they couldn’t accommodate us & my mother with adjoining rooms & the place wasn’t even crowded at all! We were very disappointed!
