Location, Location, Location! This hotel is within a 2 minute walk of downtown Cooperstown. Our room was clean and the view off the balcony of the lake was great. The only two downsides are the room didn't have a fridge(we brought a cooler) and the bed was a little too firm for my taste. The location far outweighs any downside. You can park your car for your stay and explore Cooperstown on foot.

The location and price was great. The restaurant was good. No coffee maker in the room, you need to go to the office and that opens at 8am

Very friendly staff. Room was small and dated but very clean. Great view and within walking distance to the hall of fame and main Street. Enjoyed our stay
