Coworker of mine stayed here for a couple of nights and came into contact with bed bugs. He was covered in bite marks and visited his doctor that confirmed the cause was bed bugs. I called the hotel for a refund on two separate occasions. I was met with hostility from the employee on the first call, but learned that only the manager can process refund requests. I was told to call again later in the day at a time when the manager was present. Called again at this time and the manager was not there because they chose not to show up, or the first employee lied to me. I left my contact information with the employee that answered my call and was told to wait until the manager calls me. Still have not received a call back after several weeks and I don't think I will. The core function of a hotel is to provide a safe bed to sleep in and even that was not provided this time around. Furthermore, refusing to return a phone call in this situation is a terrible business practice.

Staff is rude, the maids are nosy, and the $200 deposit is ridiculous will never stay here again I hope nobody ever does thank you.

I've stayed in this place many times, and what I have seen so far is that it needs more TLC, the chairs are dirty and falling apart, it needs more detail cleaning, and perhaps carpet cleaning as well. The place is not bad at all, I keep going back. Hopefully they can improve the over all condition of the Hotel to make your stay more comfortable. The prices are very affordable!!.
