We stayed for three nights due family reunion, staff is so unpolite, one of the days "they forgot to clean the room" , when we tried to use the jacuzzi the drain stinked horrible, they closed the breakfast at 9:10 instead 9:30 as they supposedly say

Same experience staff actually threatened me because I demanded my money back...

Yes i know. When i stayed up there with my family, they did not let me pay for extended nights at once, i had to go to front desk for to see if supposedly available, it was odd, when the parking lot is empty. They use the breakfast area as their personal gossip room. Verry unprofessional.
