About 3 months ago I received referral approval from insurance and called Shriner hospital to arrange an appointment for my son, they gave me an appointment on mid February. After waiting 3 months they called me back and told me that they don't have doctor available to visit my son and told me to contact my family doctor to send another referral to insurance for another hospital. This is unprofessional. I waited several months and now they can't visit my son!? And I need to do all this again!!! If it was possible I would rate ZERO Star!

This is the worst and worst clinic ever. there are wonderful cool supper doctors !!! but the way this clinic works is just a NIGHTMARE! they appoint an appointment on Friday, you waste time, gasoline, postpone work, come and you are told that the scheduled procedure is done only on Tuesday!!! to say that I am angry is to say nothing!!!!

Pay what you can afford. We do pay some, but cannot afford to pay the entire bill. It's for our kids, so I'd hope everyone can do something to help with the bills

Shriners Hospitals treats spinal cord, orthopaedic and burn conditions in children. They are not a general pediatric facility. If your child is having treatment for any of these conditions including some neurological conditions, you can get a referral to Shriners.
