Hotel seems to be a retrofit that was done well. Staffing response and friendliness was lower than the 3 star but one or 2 superstars made up the difference. Breakfast was average for this price point. Beds were above average. Business set up for these suites is set up correctly. Retrofit on the FF&E needs some help

I give a 5 star because overall it was a good stay. I only had a couple concerns, one being it seemed that our room wasn’t cleaned very well before we got there. It was hair on the bedroom and bathroom floors (not a crazy amount but had it been vacuumed and swept properly it would have come up). Another thing was the obvious pee stains on the bathroom wall and door ( the toilet was so close the the wall and door I see how it could happen but gross someone needs wipe it). Lastly the pool, it was way too many people in the pool at the same time we were in there and it was uncomfortable being there my small children having so many others there at the same time. It’s a sign saying up to 65 people allowed, 65 people is too many. It was maybe 20 when I was there and that seemed crowded. The things I did enjoy was the quiet stay, the walls didn’t seem to be thin like some hotels. The customer service staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Majority clean and pleasant (just the minor things in our room but we are all human, it happens). The complimentary breakfast is a perk. The close proximity of shopping and restaurants and activities and the highway. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others.

Terrible housekeeping. Bathrooms in poor shape, peeling wallpaper, water damage and mold, dirty grout in the shower. The toilet seat had urine on it upon arrival and no surfaces had been wiped down, there were coffee spills on the kitchenette surfaces, and and food stains on the pull out coach mattress cover. A previous guests belongings were still in the couch. I requested towels and after two hours, they didn’t arrive. I alerted the evening front desk attendant to these issues and she just said “I am so sorry” but offered nothing else. In a pandemic, how can you not clean your rooms between guests?! Disgusting! I will never stay at this hotel ever again. Very disappointed in Hilton Hotels as a parent company.

The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff was helpful and available if you needed help. The breakfast was hot and tasted good. Dinner was great. The service was very good. The waitress was polite no matter how many times you changed your order. The Manager visited my table because I was cold, he moved our table and raised the heat. It was a cold night in Georgia.
