Excellent little hotel. Please ignore the "surrounding area" reviews below as that is coded language, that probably should be reconsidered before use.π§ππ Linens were as clean and fresh as I make sure mine are at home. Room was so clean. I used clorox wipes EVERYWHERE and NOTHING came up while wiping down. Bathroom was immaculate, modern, and I loved the cool techie mirror. βΊοΈThe sweet lady at the front desk was awesome and accommodating. She suggested a restaurant within walking distance, and offered a coupon. It was some of the best food I've ever had. Walking distance from two gas stations and convenience stores. Cute little porch area outside complete with rocking chairs. Free airport shuttle. 6 minutes from the airport if that. What more can you actually ask for at such great rates? Will be returning! ππ€

Rooms very clean Staff was super friendly Located close to so many different types of food , It only took us 15 mins to get Lakewood ample theater ,,in which was great . The continental breakfast in the morning was outstanding, they had many different varieties of hot and cold food . The pool was a great temperature and the Surrounding areas were nice and tidy . The employee at the front desk was extremely helpful by recommending a nice and affordable restaurant close by. She was super nice

Customer Service was TERRIBLE. Angie called us 10 minutes prior to getting to the hotel at 2130 saying that our credit card was declined and that our booking was changed to a non-guaranteed rate. This was not a problem at all leading up to the reservation but she decided to sell our room(2 double beds) and then put us in a room(king size) where she charged us more than we were originally even booked for. This was frustrating as we have 2 full-size men (275+ each) trying to get a good night's rest. Angie lied and told us that we swiped a new card when we came in and then she tried to say our price wasn't the same because we booked through a 3rd party app. This was not true as we booked directly through the website and she just simply lied about canceling the booking. She then raised her voice and tried to win over the conservation but was not willing to listen to what we had to say. She knew she was wrong threw a fit in front of many other customers and walked away from the counter because she knew she was wrong. I would like to speak to some higher leadership or the owner of this place as my stay here was horrible because of the terrible customer service. Also, ANGIE is by far the worst and most manipulative receptionist that I've dealt with. and I would not recommend this place to someone in the future for the simple fact of dealing with someone like her.

Upon check-in the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. They even called later to make sure I was happy with the room. The breakfast buffet had a good selection which included my favorite, waffles. The food area was well attended so no items got low and the food area stayed clean. There is a free shuttle that was on time. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Yes but you need to clear in advance with the general manager. I was told it was okay on the phone then when arrived told that it may not be the night before a 5 am flight.
