I will never return to this location. The customer service is decent but the actual service is below average. I got a pedicure for almost $50 just for the polish to start chipping 3 days later. The tech was friendly but she didn't do that good of a job when it came to taking care of my toes. I will say that the massaging and care of my feet was decent but not enough for me to return. Just overall not a great experience.

It’s not worth it! The polish is cheap. However to get the gel polish it’s an extra $15. My pedicure is jacked! Sat there for nearly an hour polish was still not dry. Took about 8 hours. Put socks on around 10 AM the next day and polish came off of 2 toes. You pay more here for a lackluster job and mediocre experience. I’ll just go to my own people no matter the wait on an appointment. Yes u should have better service and quality for what you are charging. And I witnessed several employees on their phone while doing nails.. This is not professional at all. I really hate wasting time and money.

DISAPPOINTMENT: I’ve been coming here for months and today is my last day. Why? Customers are now being charged an extra $5 for medium length nails fill in and gel polish. So I informed the technician that extra $5 was her tip. It’s so sad that the people in this community have been supporting this company for years even during the pandemic and yet they are still coming with the shenanigans. Prime example of how Lush Nail Bar doesn’t value our loyalty.

My experience was ok. Its a bit pricey. I went in and had about a 3 minute wait. The nail tech made sure I was always comfortable. She did ok with my nails.... one of them wasn't as straight as the others but overall it was ok. My pedicure was a little painful. It could have been better. I may return.
