Rarely do the words honor and integrity coincide with a car mechanic. Ken is truly a very humble, honorable man with integrity. There was a minor repair to a tire that required a tire seal. I tipped the mechanic and tried to tip him too and he wouldn’t accept it until I pressed upon it. Too humble but there are times a rare character in a patient man like him should be rewarded for such good deeds. I will be a loyal customer at this location.

Hi, my tire install today didn’t go very well. I ordered the tires online and made an appointment. Mavis sent me multiple emails telling me the tires are ready however when i got there my tires were, in fact, not delivered yet. I had to leave and go back later in the day. the job took about 2 hours which is on the long side for putting on tires. They scratched a few of the decorative lug nut covers, i assume the tech pried them off with metal pliers. When i checked the air pressure it was way off spec. The door panel sticker calls for cold pressure of 35. The tires were all inflated to over 40 with one tire at 46. I don’t expect perfection but missing the spec by 30% is kinda ridiculous. I don’t have a torque wrench but I’d bet a month’s salary the lug nuts are not even close to the right torque spec. Essentially they do careless work that takes a long time to get done. Lastly the bill came with a $14 recycling fee that was not listed anywhere on the order when I purchased the tires on the mavis website. It would be great if businesses like this would list ALL fees when you order something and then you’re not surprised when you get to the physical location. On the upside the balancing seems to have been done OK and they ride smooth at high speeds so there is that.
