A nice, local community park that I grew up in that now also hosts concerts and community events. It has basketball, tennis & handball courts, a public swimmimg pool, a baseball field, a playground & bathrooms. I personally knew the gentleman that the park is named after. He was good, community guy.

Celebrating Junteeth with the town of North Hempstead. Lovely program. The vocalist, the band and the children dancers was excellent 👌.
