I called to fix the downdraft of my Viking cooktop. They gave an appoint. 3 weeks later. I asked if they need to know the model # and if they need to order the parts in advance since it is clear what the issue is. They said no, the tech will come to diagnose ($120) and will inspect and place the orders. The tech came and said that that they don't carry the parts as it is an older model (20 years old). I told him that offered to share the model number when setting the appoint and they did not care to check in advance. I took 3 hours off work to know that there are no parts. I told him could I buy a complete new downdraft and they install it. He said "no, we don't install" we only fix. After he left, I tried to cooktop and the ignition did not work. I called the company, the admin called the tech and he said "It appears that the electrical plug was disconnected. I told them that I will not pay $120 for inspection. My advice--check with them details before they deliver the service. I lost 3 hours of work. It was a bad experience that could have been avoided.

When I called the lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional and she wasn't helpful at all. I requested to speak with her manager and I gave her my information and she responded that "If she's interested she'll call you" She was rude and I had the impression that she was busy with something else. So not a good business ethics.

Have an old Maytag washer. The cycle would stop when the water level reached the appropriate level. Called Conner's, but they would not be able to respond for a few weeks. Was trying others, but no luck. They called me back a couple of days later and said they could possibly respond the following day. The repair person did arrive on time, repaired the washing machine pretty quickly (just a sensor switch). She had one in her truck and was out in an hour. It wasn't cheap, but worth it.
