I wish I could give this company 0 stars. This company is a joke and NOT a professional business. My boyfriend was clipped by the garbage truck while on our property. Immediately we tried to get the drivers attention for help, instead he drove off and left us yelling for him. Within 10 minutes we contacted the company to file a complaint. The insurance company they use is even more unprofessional. They have tried to lie about the incident and withhold footage from us. They refuse to take responsibility, Monterey disposal is trying to cover up a hit and run. They tried offering money to quiet us and make this go away, the amount offered is not even enough to cover medical bills due to the accident this company is responsible for. We have tried working with the company to solve this but their lack of attention and effort is disheartening.

Monterey Disposal is always there when you give them a call. They do our garbage and recycling at a local business that I work for. They are a local company, not some mega-corp. with tentacles spreading across out land like dare I say it? ( Waste Management) When you try and get through to the large companies it is most difficult and time consuming.

Very hard to get in touch with anyone in their office. You can leave a message but don't expect a call back. Not sure how they can be this bad in terms of communications. Disappointed that this is the only option in the city.
