Pros- Initial front desk person was nice. Cons- rooms smelled filthy. This is a very old hotel and you can tell. We checked in but immediately left and never entered the room. When we got back after a long day we noticed the room smelled horrible. We were switched to a different room (it was at 11:30pm since the person who was working at ~10:50pm was clocking out in 10 min and couldn’t be bothered). The new room still had a odd smell but it was tolerable. However, we noticed the next morning that the ceiling had been leaking water ALL NIGHT. We had two small kids that needed to get to bed or else we would’ve gone elsewhere. $250 was not worth it.

The Churchill Hotel was a great place to stay. We loved the room and the view from the 9th floor was fantastic. The valet was really great and professional. Had our car ready on time every time. The room layout was good since it had a separate alcove that my wife called her "makeup room" and she loved having her own space. Definitely would recommend!

Terrific location, near many many restaurants, 3 miles from the Mall, rooms fairly good size with spacious bathroom. Wish the bathroom fan wasn’t connected to the light switch as I would have liked a night light without fan noise. Bed was fabulous with squishy pillows and soft, soft sheets and comforter. Breakfast was a terrific buffet… $18. Best dining room I’ve seen attached to a hotel. Shout out to sweet Dolores at the desk who greeted returning guests with a cheery, ‘welcome back!’

Positive: The staff! Very helpful and hospitable. Noureen was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond during my stay. Dolores was a blessing as well. They really helped me during my staff in the midst of a snow storm. They made my stay a very pleasant one. Negative: Needs a store or vending machine. Price of parking.
