Dr. Qasem put together a personalized program for my back and neck. All I had to do was believe and follow his advice for 3 months, and my problems were gone. He started me on a concentrated series of sessions to knock out some acute pain, followed by some weekly sessions for chronic issues. Now I stand taller, my scoliosis is visibly improved and no longer gives me pain, and I don’t slouch because his stretches and exercises helped me gain strong muscles and good habits to support my newly aligned back. I now only go back for detox and maintenance when I want - I don’t have pain anymore. He’ll even tell you which nutrients your body needs at each stage!
