Don't come here for service! Owner's under pay uninterested high school kids who have no knowledge. These five star rating's are definitely fake. If your lucky you might catch the right mechanic who cares. The weekends are worse!

My needs are pretty minimal as I wanted something to get around town and maybe ride some paved trails. Staff (Patrick) was very helpful in deciding on a bike for my requirements and accessories to go with. Fair price’s especially including lifetime tuneups.

This review is about the service center here. The mechanic went above and beyond to help me get back on my bike. He was very informative about what could be going wrong and asked the right questions to diagnose the issue. He provided advice on how to keep my bike in tip top condition. I got to test ride to confirm it was fixed. Once this repairman had determined it was an easy fix, he even offered to stay open late just (5-10min) to finish the job on the spot. Then he also fixed a minor issue that I didn't even ask him to. Amazing service!
