Well they are not open on Monday and Tuesday nights they close at 7 so the open sign on the web is a lie. Which I don't get any way why? Are you closed this early people eat around 630 or 7. This subway is usually good but these hours have left me with a bad feeling do better! Seriously

Not really sure other than they ask everyone to please wear masks. They wear one too bit I never eat it. I always take it to go.
Its not that they are ignoring you its because they are so busy with customers....you can check the prices online if you need to.
