Cancelling all my weekend plans for the next four weeks cuz of these folks lmfaooo, awkward experience, terrible service, and they rude. Done messed my cut up so bad it got me rethinking my life, bro got me in my room at 2 am downing a bottle of jack... smh... please do better

The receptionist who works at the frontdesk and answers phone calls speaks both English and Korean; however, not all of the hair stylists speak English.
