The staff was knowledgeable and the place was clean. The problem I had was that I was quoted one price (several times) for vaccine and malaria pills. When I got there and went to pay they gave me a difference price. They said because I spent too much time with with practitioner. Mind you, I may have spent 10mins with her while she was explaining how to use the malaria pills.

Very good choice. We needed vaccines for a trip. Not only Travelers medical services had immediate appointment availability, changing it was easy too. Very helpful “front desk” both over the phone and in person. Very knowledgeable nurse that shared with us helpful information and suggestions with no “up-sale “ push.

I had an excellent experience here. Prior to going on a trip to South America I was required to get the yellow fever vaccine. I have some complicated medical history that made it a bit more risky for me to receive the vaccine, so after thoroughly going over the risks and benefits, we rescheduled my appointment for a time when I could spend a bit of time in the office to make sure I was okay after the vaccine was administered (which I was, no issues that day or in the two weeks following). I really appreciated Rebecca's thorough approach--she even went so far as to look up where I was traveling to and recommend that I also take anti-malaria pills and discussed the benefits and risks of this as well. Overall, I feel very prepared for my trip and would recommend this office to anyone.
