They are rude to me every single time I come in to pick up food. Today I tried to let them know that I understand that they're busy and that I was ok with waiting, I just needed to know approximately how long so I could tell the customer and that I wasn't trying to be rude, I was just trying to do my job. Apparently that was the wrong thing to say too. They were rude to the other delivery person who was there as well, literally yelling at us as customers stared. There was absolutely no call for any of this

Their sub rolls are delicious! Soft but not one of those weakling rolls that fall apart. The portion size is CRAZY! I ordered a cheesesteak today (got a whole) and could only finish half. Highly recommend Casales if you’re looking for great food at an excellent price.
