The owner is extremely friendly and always has jokes to make you laugh and feel welcome. There is a huge variety and just really cool stuff here. Most definitely recommend visiting this shop!!

I went today and bought a product from them, same one as I had bought numerous times in the past. The pack of coils that I bought were the last pack of the kind I like. I told him I would take the full pack. Right before this, he opened another pack to show me what a different kind looked like. When I said about the ones I wanted, he didn't check, and I didn't check, to make sure the pack was full. I paid for my products and left the store. When I got home and went to put the coils into my vape, I noticed the pack was opened, there were 4 put of 5 coils missing and the box it was in was ripped down the back. I called the store and he told me to come down and he would fix it. When I got there he insisted that he wouldn't have sold me something like that. I told him I had no other boxes at home, no other coils at home (I usually get them off of Amazon because of the customer service here), but I was out and there was no possibility that this was anything other than what he gave me. He explained thats not how he usually sells things. I know thats not how they would normally come. Thats why I was upset. He told me I needed to get out of his face. I wasn't upset until this point. I was just explaining my concern to him and he was super rude, had nothing else to say to me besides to get out of his face and that he didn't have time for me. I left very irritated. No apology and nothing was resolved. I have been going here for over a year now, will never go back. Also, he was cooking in his shop and decided to leave me, before checking out, to go to the back and do something with his food.

Gone in a couple times since the new clerk took over, and everytime I have had a terrible experience. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by using lottery tickets to buy cigs. Today when I went in he was taking care of another customer so I waited. Then a young woman came into buy something. He asked me what I needed saw I was using Lottery tickets to pay, skipped over me to take care of the woman and then started to talk to her about her work. I doubt the owner or anyone will see this but I wanted to see this
