I absolutely love Papa John's pizza, but this specific establishment is disappointing. They rarely honor the promo codes that other locations do, staff are rude, slow delivery, they barely add toppings to save money. I'd recommend going to another Papa John's if possible or look elsewhere. As a big fan of the Papa John brand, very disappointed with this store. Still better than the Dominos down the street though so, at least they got that going for them.

The pizza was good but due to poor management and mistake made by the manager on hand had to repay for the pizza ordered that was through their online site. So the food is great but the management really needs to change their attitude on customer service and pay better attention when doing their job. I want to give 1 🌟 but I the pizza was good. If management does change their ways they will drive customers away which is bad for business.

Ordered 2 pizzas and took 45 min from delivery (1.5 hours total). Pizzas arrived stone cold - also one of the garlic containers were opened already and spilled all over. Terrible quality control - won’t order again.
