I have walked through the store many times over the last five years and, unfortunately, nothing has changed. Pottery Barn's merchandize is predictable and boring. I did not find one item in the store that I would want in my living space.

Very helpful staff. The sales associate was not pushy, but rather offered useful information while on an impromptu couch shopping day. She was very helpful when my PB credit card wasn't working and facilitated the customer service call to get it corrected.

Nice workers, I usually find a little trinket in the clearance, got an awesome originally super expensive silver platter for like 15$

My wife and I purchased a headboard today. We were helped by Stacy. She did a fantastic job helping us pick out a fabric. And we found out the fabric was "sold out". Well she would not be denied and was able to get the fabric we wanted. Also helped us out with the a difficult transaction. She is the best. We love Pottery Barn and the help we get ever time we go in to find something for our house. Thank you.
