Trucker directions from rt 90 get off exit 31 go through toll and turn onto genessee street south.make a left turn on wurz ave. Go to the end and turn right onto leland. Go to the end and follow sign for scale. Make sure your fuel tanks are full before coming here. Hello! You can dispose of liquid paint from April 1st - September 30 each year. There is no charge to deliver paint to the Authority's EcoDrop Utica located at 80 Leland Avenue Extension in Utica. I've dropped off old gas and motor oil for recycling, and I'm pretty sure they accept kerosene as long as it's in an appropriate (safe) container.
