I have been coming to this practice for years and have had 2 doctors and at least 2 previous NPs. I just had my best experience ever with Susan Kolb! She actually LISTENED to my concerns and took the time to try to help me. Susan is a gem! Please keep her on staff!

Dr. Allen dismissed every complaint I had last year about problems I was having and kept prescribing me hemorrhoid medication instead of actually listening until I had to have an emergency blood transfusion and surgery after. Ever since he has ceased all personal communication with me and has changed my medicine without communicating it with me just recently. I reach out and ask for him to call me and speak with me today because I need paperwork filled out for a job and his nurse Lisa says he won't help me or even call me to talk to me about it. I will not be coming back here after the way he has continually treated me. He does not care about his patients and has proved this to me since he took over my case. Don't go here.

I have been sick for 2 years. After many tests I was diagnosed with SIBO a year ago. I’m still sick everyday. I called the office and a nurse called me back. I have been doing some research myself and told her I wanted to talk with my doctor. I went over each question in detail and she dismissed everything I said. This nurse told me she had been to a SIBO lecture and I was wrong. She sent my doctor an email and I got a call from her saying he ordered another round of antibiotics because sometimes it takes more than one round of them. This is my fourth round of this medication plus I had different one in between. I really wonder if she gave the doctor the information I gave her. It’s difficult to get past the gatekeepers to communicate with the doctor. I hope this round of antibiotics works. If it doesn’t work I am going to have to find a new office. This isn’t the first time this nurse has been either rude or dismissed. I hate calling to ask questions and hold off as long as possible.

It's really sad how the hospital neglects my brother health. He is physically dying he isn't doing anything because he has no energy. This doctor needs to have a thorough investigation. And we will continue to post negative reviews until something is figured out. We have notified our lawyers
