Secretary, Kim, either needs better training or help with her job because she never returns calls, she doesn't communicate appointments in a timely manner, she doesn't let the patient know that they need to sign new release forms until they are discharged from the program.. she is rude. She talks to others while on the phone with someone else. Too many folks relapse because she is unable to do her job properly, they get kicked out of the program and boom... No more meds or counseling. Someone should definitely be checking in on this girl to make sure she's properly doing her JOB

Staff was really helpful and understood my problems. The doctors were always willing to listen to my concerns. The front desk girl was always smiling and nice. Would recommend

Awesome place to go to to get help for opiate addiction, they completely changed my life and got me back on track to a normal opiate free life
