Positive: Brittany the front desk gal is a real sweetheart. The Hotel was very clean and tge beds were amazing. Air Conditioning was nice and cold. Breakfast was really good also. We will be back. Negative: Parking is a little out of the way.

The room was clean and what I would expect. Rita who checked us in was great too despite being the only one working at peak check in time. Don't expect to have breakfast past 9. Although breakfast was advertised to end at 9:30. At 9:10 the waffle makers had been shut off and there was nothing hot left. There was batter and we were going to make due with waffles and bagels. We asked if their was more peanut butter and we were ignored by the lady in charge of the food. Also the yogurt that was left was two weeks expired. It's too bad that we had a decent stay ruined just before leaving. I'd like to suggest that you Space out your food for breakfast time. And just tell us if you run out of food instead of ignoring us and pretending to not know what is happening. There were several other people that weren't happy and they came earlier than us.

Stayed on February 09, 2022 they asked for my card to put on file or accidentally damages, they charge it for a room I already booked and paid online, spoke to them in the morning they said it was a mistake I was like okay no problem. Fast forward to this vary moment the Manager “ James” has been dodging me for 2 weeks he literally put me on hold till it’s time for him to clock out so he doesn’t have to deal with me. If they desperately want to keep my money for no service other then ripping me off, can tell you what kind of hotel or Motel fits it better you’ll be staying at

They messed up my reservation, even though I called twice to confirm. Got to the hotel at 10pm and they assigned me a room with one bed when I told them I needed two (and had reserved 2 doubles). Of course the hotel was full. The clerk tried to call her manager, no answer, no options offered. Finally I asked for a rollaway and she said "yes I can do that." Why not offer that in the first place? No breakfast left at 9am, no waffle mix, no milk, coffee was empty. Parking lot not plowed well. Won't be staying again.

Must be tons....its a convenient area. I dont know if the management has changed since I stayed there, but I hope so. Our room was dirty. When i say dirty, there was someone's weave under the pull out couch, candy wrappers in the floor....it was gross. If that obvious stuff was there, I can only guess what they missed.
