After years of following This Record Store and the anticipation of going there. I was disappointed. The have a ton of stuff. But it's hard to find anybody to help you or know who the employees actually are. The store is Dark. The three different people I asked for assistance were unable to provide it. I'm sure in the multitudes of thousands of records that they have there there was something that I wanted. But the way it's set up is so overwhelming and the lack of help. I walked out with nothing.

Awesome record store! Tons of vinyl, CDs, shirts, books, used turntables and stereo equipment. I spent 2 hours pouring over their endless stock of goodies. They have the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen at record store. I highly recommend you pay them a visit.

Alex, Dearborn Music has both New and Vintage turntables. Currently our new turntables start at $109.99 and go up used turntables start at $99 and go up.

Paige, Dearborn Music has been a staple in the Dearborn community since I was a child. Their vast selection of records, CDs, tapes (back in the day), and novelty items (T-shirts, cups, buttons, posters, etc.) allow for a taste or unique flavor to cater every palate. The simple fact they have been in business for so long, even now that "record stores" like them are beyond scarce, is a tribute to their business model and dedication to customer service. This is only a small example to why they're a staple to the community and an enjoyment to me as a music enthusiast. Keep up the great work Dearborn Music, I look forward to seeing you again soon. To answer you question, their product pricing depends on popularity, supply, and rarity of product. They have ordered unique items for me in the past and have stocked product which no other stores carry in their inventory. This is what makes them so unique, they truly cater to their customer's expectations. Enjoy this store as I do always.
The average is $2 per cd but it can be more or less depending on the actual cd. They only take CDs with no scratches and with artwork in jewel case (or whatever the original case is).
