Never opens on time, most of the employees are rude, the manager is most always outside smoking while we wait for him to open the doors.

Sadly we had a bad experience this last trip to Blackstone family dollar. We got there at about 1 to find them closed for physical inventory with plans to open at noon. We waited untill 1:30 then left. We do not get to Blackstone very often and had a list of items to get for our church Crises Care Kits. Very sad
