Here are a few tips! Arrive with a clean and moisturized face. Day two hair is great for styling. Moisturize your entire body. Wear loose fitting clothing and undergarments to avoid impressions on the skin. Eat a light meal that will ensure you're satisfied but not bloated. Hydrate and drink water the day before. Get plenty of rest the night before your session.
My suggestion would be to eat light and clean. You definitely need to eat before your session. You will expend a lot of calories while we are shooting and being calorie deficient can affect your mood. We want you to be happy and in the moment. Whole fruits and vegetables, nuts, dried fruit, yogurts are great to keep your energy up.
After you book your shoot I will send you my Boudoir Dream Shoot Planner that has everything you need to know before your session. Where to purchase lingerie, what lingerie is best to flatter your body, when to get your mani/pedi and so much more. I have it all covered in one easy to follow planner.
My boudoir sessions, including hair and makeup, last about three hours. Hair and makeup take around 90 minutes and the session itself will be an hour. Most women give themselves the entire day so they can have it for themselves.
My session fee is $500, for the photo session, the part where we take the pictures, and includes hair and makeup, posing guidance, Dream Shoot Planner and ordering session. It does not include any images such as albums, wall art, or digital files which are purchased separately.
My Boudoir Sessions include professional hair , makeup and lashes, a one hour session, professional head to toe posing, guided ordering session and amazing products. All you need to do is show up with lingerie and sexy outfits and have an amazing time!
