I have lived here all my life. Considering the circumstances right now with people not being able to go into the office to register their vehicle, the people on the phones could be a bit nicer. Atleast to those who are respectful to you. Whoever i spoke with on the phone this afternoon was rude as hell. Last week i had a lady who was so nice through email! Thank you Colahan. I wish more reps were as helpful as you.

I usually look forward to anything that has to do with vehicles and registration as much as a root canal. I was pleasantly surprised when I made a trip to the south satellite office today. No waiting! Seriously! Used the q app and walked right in to the clerk and presented him with a complicated case. He had to make two phone calls to other offices to clarify the correct process and even called the car dealer to secure a document I didn’t have. Went way above and beyond. Thank you Beau! As a returning resident of Lawrence it gives me joy to be back!
