Superpleasant staff barely had to get out of the vehicle to have the inspection done was there for very short amount of time I don’t have a reason to go back but I would. Lol

They will send you a bill in the mail. I have experienced less payment stations opened and had to drive through.
You used to pay at the VIN inspection station but now they collect the fee when you take your title to the DMV office. You only need VIN inspections for out of state vehicles being brought into Kansas and some built vehicles, salvage, etc. situations. No emission inspections in Kansas like this.
The Baldwin City Police do VIN inspections from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. There is another VIN inspection station at 200 SW Gage, Topeka. There are also additional inspection stations in the metro KC area.
