The veterinarian side is great MOST of the time. It's quite hard to get in. The grooming dude did wonderful with our hard to groom dog(using sleepy meds) the first and ONLY time. I have called and visited to try to get him the scheduled for almost a year now. They keep saying they are booked for months out, I kept asking how do we get on that booking when I have called weeks in a row. It's gotten to the point where we just gave up and are now using a different vet and seeing a new groomer.

We have used Long Vet for a few years. They have always been super busy but accomodating when my dog needed something. It is a bit of a drive for us. We live in Smithville. But felt they had great people doing great things. I called today to get a refill for his heartworm medicine and to my total shock and awe was told they would no longer accept my dog because of complaints of rude behavior on my behalf? They clearly are too busy to remember who yelled at them and i unfortunately have been a victim of wrong identification. The young lady on the phone didn't really have any examples of what happened and could not even tell me when this supposed behavior occurred So now i am left to find a new vet for my dog. Beware the too busy excuse and look elsewhere for veterinarian's.
